Welcome to the home page of the Fleetwood Subdivision website.
We are glad you're here and hope you enjoy your visit.
Fleetwood is a residential community of single-family homes located in Hermitage, Tennessee.
We are located in Davidson County, about 15 miles east of downtown Nashville.
Our residents range from young couples just starting out, to retirees looking for a quiet neighborhood in which to relax.
The homes in Fleetwood were built in the 1980's, are medium in size, and have a cottage-like charm.
All share the convenience of being a single family home with a yard big enough for a garden, yet small enough to manage with an electric lawn mower.
The homes all have either a single or double garage, and gas light posts in the front yard.
Residents enjoy sidewalks throughout the subdivision, a tennis court, and two beautiful ponds, complete with lighted fountains.
Residents find the location of Fleetwood to be just about perfect! We are close enough to the city that commuting isn't an issue, yet we enjoy a beautiful suburban setting.
The Percy Priest Dam and park area, along with Nashville Shores, are less than 2 miles away. When the weather is cooperative, our residents can even walk to the Dam and the Greenways walking path. The Hermitage Public Library is also within walking distance, as is the Hermitage Metro Police sub-station.
The Summit Medical Center is about 1.5 miles from Fleetwood. Grocery shopping and restaurants are within 2 miles, and the Providence Center shopping area in Mt. Juliet is about a 10 minute drive, one exit east on I40. Nashville International Airport is one exit west on I40, about a 15 minute drive. Fortunately, Fleetwood is not in a major flight path, and although planes do go overhead, residents seldom notice.
